Mission:
The Finance Department is responsible for all accounting, budgeting and financial services for the city. These services include accounts payable, payroll, human resources, collection of sales tax and accounts receivable for water/sewer billing, leases and other miscellaneous charges, grant administration, purchasing, fixed assets, and preparation of the budget and financial statements.
